For more than 42 years, the Old Heidelberg Pastry Shop has been creating a unique array of European Pastry, Tortes and baked goods, that are untouched by any other.   This family business was started by Karlheinz Schoenberger in 1966, when he came over from Germany to work for the famous Broadmoor Hotel as head Pastry Chef.  Karl Schoenberger Jr., President and Owner, studied in Germany for 3 years to become a Pastry Chef and then returned to work for his father until 1988 when he took over the family business.  He has over 35 years of experience and his talent is incredible. We not only served the Colorado Springs area, but have serviced needs all over the United States and Germany.
