Assistant Baker

This person should have some experience in the baking industry and be able to work flexible hours.  They will serve customers; prepare baked goods in large oven; operate and clean mixers, scales, and other equipment; read recipes; clean work area. They will also, take customer orders; fill customer orders; ice, decorate, package, label, and price products for the entire store display area; handle cash and operate terminal.

Bakery Associate

This person will greet and assist customers; answer telephone and take customer orders; handle cash and operate terminal; weigh, cut, and package baked goods; ice pastries; package, label, and price products for the entire store display area; display products; maintain supplies; clean work area and customer area.  They will also do limited cake decorating and must be able to work flexible hours.
